WAIRARAPA KNOCK-OUT COMPETITIONS. WIN FOR LANSDOWNE. The weather was Tine and the wickets in good order on Saturday when the Wairarapa Cricket Association's knockout competition matches were continued. Lansdowne won the Bidwill Cup for the first time, scoring an easy win over Martinborough in the final match. Masterton won the Darvill-Illingworth Shield, defeating Oddfellows in the final. LANSDOWNE—MABTINBOBOUGH. Lansdowne were in a sound position in their match with Martinborough when play was resumed on Saturday. In their first strike, Lansdowne made 269, to which Martinborough replied with an'innings total of 93.
