MINISTRY DOOMED.

ACTION BY FRENCH RADICAL SOCIALISTS. MOKE RESIGNATIONS IN EARLY PROSPECT. LAVAL GETS MOMENTARY RESPITE. (Received Monday, 7.45 p.m.) LONDON, January 20. “The Tinies” Paris correspondent says the Laval Ministry as at present composed, was doomed when the Socialist-Radical executive, at a crowded meeting, passed a resolution demanding the re-es-tablishment of party discipline and condemning the Government’s foreign policy. This is tantamount to summoning six Radical Ministers, in addition to M. Herriot, to resign from Cabinet. M. Herriot, however, warned the party against precipitating a crisis. Accordingly, it is expected that the resignations will be postponed until M. Laval returns from Geneva in the middle of the week.
