MISS HINEMOA ROSIEUR’S SUCCESS. (Received This Day, 0.20 a4n.) MELBOURNE, January 20. Miss Hinemoa Bosieur has been awarded the Melba Bequest Singing Scholarship for the second year in succession without examination. The Director, Fritz Hart, considered her work last year of such a high standard that a further term would help development.
