The “Morning Post’s” Berlin correspondent says it is stated in well-informed political circles that a military agreement between Germany and Japan was signed at Tokio on January 4, under which, in the event of either being attacked, the other is pledged to come to its assistance. It need hardly be said that Russia is the aggressor contemplated.
