Following was the range of prices at the fortnightly sale of hides, sheepskins and tallow to-day:— Dry sheepskins: Halfbred, 6d to Bjd; fine crossbred, 6Jd to 7Jd; medium crossbred, 4Jd to 7d; coarse crossbred, 41d to 61<1; half wools, 3d to 6Jd; quarter wools, 3Jd to 6fd; pelts, 2jd to 4|d.
Salted skins: Three-quarter wools, 4s 6d.
Hides: Ox, 33/44, 3d to 4 3-8 d; 45/52, 3) cl to 4 7-8 d; 53/59, 27-8 d to 6 l-8d; 60/69, 5 l-8d to 6Jd; 701bs. and over, s}d to 7id. Cow, 33/39, 3Jd to 4Jd; 40/48, 3Jd to 4Jd; 491bs. and over, 3 7-8 d to 4 7-Bd. Kip, 25/32, 3Jd to 4|d; 17/24, 4Jd to 5Jd. Yearling, 11/16, 4Jd to 7Jd. Calf, 9/10, 6d to 7d;,6/8, 4 l-8d to 9 5-8 d; 1/5, 3Jd to BJd. Tallow: In casks, etc., 245; in tins, 12s 6d to 18s. Sundries: Cow tails, 8d to lid; horse hair, 20d.
