INCENDIARY ATTACK.
PROPOSED PRECAUTIONS IN BRITAIN. TRAINING OF FIRE BRIGADES. RUGBY, June 5. Sir John Gilmour, Secretary of State for Ho/ie Affairs, speaking in the House of Commons, said that in connection with preparations for national defence and the possible danger of incendiary attacks from the air, he hoped to make a statement after Whitsuntide on the question of setting up a committee to consider schemes for bringing all the fire brigades in England and Wales up to an approved standard of efficiency and of inter-link-ing them up without regard to local boundaries.—(British Official Wireless.)
