CROQUET.
MASTERTON CLUB ANNUAL MEETING.
The annual general meeting of the Master ton Croquet Club was held on Wednesday, when the following officers Were elected:—President, Mrs. I. I. McGregor; vice-president, Mrs. C. PolIson; captain, Mrs. H. J. Donnelly; delejgate, Mrs. E. J. Bassett; secretary*, Mrs. E. R. Betteridge. The report and balance sheet disclos-
ed a sound financial position, with a increasing membership. It is hoped that the Wairarapa tournament will be held here next November but it will depend on the number of good lawns available.
Thanks were expressed to Mr.’F. H. Dunderdale for auditing its books and to the Press for publicity.
