JOHNSONVILLE SALE.
WELLINGTON, May 30.
There was not much change in prices at Johnsonville sale, at which Messrs Wright, 'Stephenson and Co., Ltd., offered a large yarding of cattle, an average entry of ewes and wethers, and a small entry of lambs. Prices l :— Cattle: Prime extra heavy bullocks, £9/5/ to £9; prime heavy bullocks, £8 15/ to £B/2/; heavy bullocks, £7/12/, £7/10/; light and unfinished bullocks, £6/10/, £6; extra prime heavy cows and heifers, £5/10/ to £5; prime heavy cows and heifers, £4/10/ to £4; cows and heifers, £3/5/ to £l/16/; runners, £2/17/ to £2/7/; vealers, £2 to £l/7/. Sheep: Prime extra heavy wethers, 25/3 to 24/1; prime heavy wethers, 23/9 to 23/; prime extra heavy ewes, 19/ to 18/3; prime heavy ewes, 17/9 to 17/; medium ewes, 16/9 to 16/; heavy lambs, 20/6 to 19/; medium lambs, 18/6 to 17/6; light lambs, 16/9 to 16/.
