SPECIAL MUSICAL SERVICE AT ST. MATTHEW’S.

To-morrow evening at St Matthew’sChurch a special Palm Sunday musical service will follow on shortened’ evensong, when the choir under the

direction of Mr. William C. Mann, with: Mr. A. Miller Hope att the organ, will render the beautifully descriptive passion music “Olivet to Calvary,”' by Maunder. In this work there is ample scope for some beautiful choral singing, particularly in the numbers, “Bow Down Thine Ear O" Lord,” “Droop Sacred Head” and the impressive “March to Calvary.” The soloists will be Messrs G. Verran Greer (tenor), Archer Hale and Bon Hancock

(basses) and: Mrs. Goldsmith, and Misses Shelton and K. Fairchild (sopranos).
