TORONTO, March 11. “Give us our babies/ ’ was Mrs. Olivia Dionne’s aippeal in protesting to the Legislature against a Bill establish'ng a guardianship until the quintuplets are eighteen. Mr. Dionne declares that the Premier (Mr. Hepburn) told him. that God never intended him to be rielu He protests that the family is being split and that the parents do not want the babies to be State childr ren. They are willing to sign an agreement that the babies will not be exr ploited on the stage.
