PAHIATUA CATTLE FAIR.
MESSRS DALGETY & CO., LTD. Messrs Dalgety and Co., Ltd., report;—We held our supplementary cattle fair at Pahiatua on Tuesday, when we submitted a small entry of cattle to the usual attendance of buyers. The following prices were realised:—3-year steers, to £5/9/; 2-year steers, £3/9/ to £4/6/; yearling steers, £2/6/ to £3/9/; fat cows, £3/7/6 to £5; dairy sorts, sold at late rates.
