PARLIAMENT.

FOURTH SESSION TO OPEN ON JUNE 28. DAIRY INDUSTRY LEGISLATION. AUCKLAND, May 4. Thursday, June 28, has been fixed by Cabinet for the opening of the fourth session of the twenty-fourth Parliament of New Zealand, according to an announcement by the Prime Minister, Mr. Forbes, on his arrival at Auckland to-day. Mr. Forbes said that, apart from dairy industry legislation, the programme would be a normal one. In reply to a question, he said he was unable to say whether there would be time to pass the Bill providing for the permanent establishment of four-yearly Parliaments in New Zealand. Probably it would ibe deferred till the final session.—(P.A.)
