DEATH PENALTY CLAUSE. (Received This Day, 0.30 a.m.) CALCUTTA, March 8. The Bengal Council passed a clause n the Anti-Terrorist Bill empowering he death penalty for unlieenced possession of arms and explosives with ntent to murder.
