MEETING OF MISSIWARY A'UXILEARY..

The first monthly meeting: of the Women \s Missionary Aux Diary of the Methodist Church? was held in the Methodist. Schoolroom, Mas Gt F. Stockwell presiding. After the pxelroxinaries had takan place, Mrs. Stockwell spoke a few words of welcome to Miss Williams who is going to China as a, missionary. Mrs. Stockwell' also, on behalf of’ those present, bade Mrs. W. White bon voyage and a safe return: A letter was read from Sister -Olive Bott, Deaconess to the Maoris.

The Rev. G. F. Stoekwell gave a report of the Home and' Foreign -Board and Mr. A. G. Rutter gave a short talk on some missionary ideals.

A vote of thanks was accorded M-fes Donald, who was the hostess for the afternoon.
