PERSONAL ITEMS. Mrs. Norman Beetham, Perry Street, and the Misses M. and B. Beetham left Wellington on Monday by the Wanganella on the Milford Sounds cruise. Mrs. Dawson, Pahiatua, is spending a few days with Miss Meredith, Pownall Street. Mrs. J. Miller, Renall Street, has returned from a visit to the South Island. Miss G,. ButtJ ti |g fbe guest of the Misses Daniell, Albert street . Mrs. H. T. Wood, Victoria Street, who has been on a visit to Auckland, has returned to Masterton. Miss Rudman, Masterton, is visiting Taumarunui. Miss Stewart, Essex Street, has returned from a visit to the R-angitikei district. Miss A. Ibbetson, Church Street, is leaving this week for Palmerston North, where she will be the guest of Miss Edgar. Mrs. B. H. Pringle, of Taihape, is visiting Masterton. Mrs. Maurice Churchill, Auckland, who has been staying with her sister, Mrs. Hunter, Casel Street, has returned home. Mrs. David Caselberg, Masterton, who has been on a visit to Sydney, returned on Monday by the Wangahella. A quiet wedding was solemnised on Saturday afternoon, when Mass Mabel Dorothy Cooper, younger daughter of Mr. and Mrs. T. Cooper, Church Street, Was married to Mr. Norman Percival Chesterman, second son of Mr. and Mrs, Hedley Chesterman, Lansdowne. The Rev. John Davie performed the ceremony.
