BY PUPILS OF MR. E LARSEN. An instrumental recital is to be given in St. Matthew’s Parish Hall on, Wednesday next, September 6, at 8 o’clock, by the pupils of Mr. Edward! L<arsen, assisted by Mr. Cecil Johansen, a well-known Masterton singer. Similar recitals in past years have proved most popular with the public and next week’s programme promises to be equally as attractive. The programme will include violin, steel and Spanish guitars, banjo, mandolin and ukulele items of wide variety and. an enjoyable evening’s entertainment is assured all who attend. The price of admission is Is 6d and children Is.
