MAURICEVILLE. (“The Age” Special.) The local Hall Society and Ping Pong Club propose holding a dance next month. Full particulars will be announced at a later date. A team travelled to Masterton to play the Catholic Club last week, the latter winning by 25 games to 17. A pleasant evening was spent at ping pong, billiards and dancing. The weather here last week was very wintry, suow falling on two occasions. Miss B. Tomlin and Miss Tomlin left last week for a holiday in Wellington. The friends of Leu Gleeson will be sorry to hear that he has had to enter the Mastert.on Hospital for treatment.
