DISQUALIFICATIONS REMOVED. DABGAVILLE CASE. AUCKLAND, April 4. A further development in the Dargaville racing disqualification case occurred at a meeting of the Auckland District Racing Committee, when an application by B. E. Horne and A. G. Murray, jockeys, for removal of the disqualification for 12 months imposed upon them were granted. The case concerned the running of the President’s Handicap at Dargaville on December 3 last, when the winner was Alloy, with Tetrarchate second, Hannibal third, and Thespis and Bronze Tray unplaced. Horne, rider of Hannibal, and Murray, rider of Bronze were,disqualified for 12 months on the gfound that they conspired to assist Tetrarchate to win. The committee’s decision means that the disqualification has now been lifted.—(P.A.)
