NEW PAY AT HOLLYWOOD. HOLIA WOOD, March 14. A new pay-adjustment agreement opened the way for a resumption of activities at the motion picture studios on Tuesday after Monday’s shut-down. The new plan places the brunt of the salary reduction on the highly-paid workers, exempting minor employees. Those drawing more than a hundred dollars a week will take a 50 per cent, cut, with a minimum of 75 dollars. Those between 76 and 100, dollars will be reduced 35 per cent.
