BETTINGTON CHOOSES MEDICAL CAREER. NOT VISITING NEW ZEALAND. (Received Wednesday, 7 p.m.) SYDNEY, March 15. Ru H. Bettington has decided not to engage in competitive golf this season but to devote himself to a medical career, which is more important than sport. Therefore, he will not visit New Zealand for the Kirk Windeyer Gup.
