U.S.A. BUSINESS PILOTS ADOPT PLAN. PROPOSALS TO MAKE NEW JOBS. REPLACING OLD EQUIPMENT. (Received Sunday, 5.5 p.m.) WASHINGTON, August 26. The business pilots of the United States have adopted a six-point plan to make new jobs, after hearing President Hoover say, “The major financial crisis is overcome. ’ ’ The plan is to increase employment on the railroads and stimulation of industry through the expansion of maintenance and equipment and purchase of new equipment for industries to replace obsolete and worn-out equipment.
