FORMATION OF COMPOSITE CABINET. SIR STANLEY ARGYLE PREMIER. ELECTION RETURNS NOT YET COMPLETE. (Received Wednesday, 9.20 p.m.) MELBOURNE, May 18. A Composite Ministry has been formed as follows:—Sir Stanley Argyle, Premier, Treasurer and Minister of Health; Mr. lan Macf ar Lan, Chief Secretary; Mr. R. Mienzies, Solicitor-General and Minister of Railways; Mr. John Allan, Minister of Agriculture; Mr. A. Dunstan, Minister of Lands and Forests; Mr. J. Pennington, Minister of Education; Mr. J. Jones, Minister of Works and Mines; MT. G. Goudie, Minister of Water Supply and Labour. The election figures are not yet complete, but the Attorney-General, Mr. Slater, is definitely defeated.
