CANADIAN-AUSTRALIAN AGREEMENT. APPROVING COMMENTS MADE IN LONDON. REGRET THAT BRITAN IS NOT LEADING THE WAY. United Press Association. —By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. (Received Wednesday, 7 p.m.) LONDON, July 15. “The Times,” in a leader, says: “The satisfactory trade agreement with Australia will encourage Canada to open negotiations to end the unfortunate dispute with New Zealand.
