IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a Special Meeting of the Castlepoint County Council held on SATURDAY, the eleventh day of JULY, 193-1, the following Resolution was passed and will be submitted for confirmation at the Ordinary Meeting of the Council, to be held on SATURDAY, the eighth day of AUGUST, at 10 a.m., at the County Offices, Tinui:— RESOLUTION. In Pursuance and- Exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by Section 114 of the “Local Bodies Loans Aet, 1926” and by virtue of Order-in-Council dated the ninth day of June, 1931, in accordance with the provisions I contained in Section 11 of the “Local Government Loans Board Act, 1926,” and of all other powers it enabling the Castlepoint County Council hereby resolves by way of Special Order as follows:— THAT for the purpose of making alterations, additions and improvements to the Clerk’s Cottage at Tinui the Castlepoxnt County Council hereby authorises the raising of a Loan of Four Hundred Pounds (£400) at the rate of .six pounds per centum per annum repayable, together with such interest, iby instalments extending over a period of 20 years AND DECLARE that the cost of raising the said loan or any portion of the principal or interest shall not be paid out of loan moneys.
