FIRST ROUND FIXTURES CONCLUDED. RESULTS OF SATURDAY’S GAMES; The first round of the Wairarapa Hockey Association’s fixtures: was completed on Saturday. Owing to the Park Oval ‘being closed for hockey, the Y.M.C.A. Swifts v. .Stars match was not played. At High School, Rovers and Stags played a drawn game, 1 all, after a very fast and interesting contest. Mauriceville were unlucky in getting beaten by 3/1 against Greytown. Carterton had a bye.
