The land consists of two pieces of freehold property, having a total area of 1 rood 27.08 perches. The buildings consist of a motor garage, outbuildings, and the boardinghouse containing 10 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, sitting room, etc. Purchaser is to buy subject to existing mortgage. The premises at present contain sufficient furniture, etc., for its economical running. (b) Alternate tenders arc invited for the leasing of the land and buildings only for a term of 5 years, the furniture to be disposed of separately. Hie business is being disposed of in order to wind up a deceased estate. The establishment is situated in a good position and is the only private boardinghouse in the town.
