DELEGATES TO CONFERENCE HONOURED. CEREMONY AT GUILDHALL. RUGBY, November 4. With all the traditional ceremony, the honorary Freedom of the City of London was presented in the-. Guildhall to-day to the Canadian, Australian and New Zealand Prime Ministers, Messrs. Bennett, ’Scullin, and Forbes. The hall was' filled with 'Cabinet Ministers, representatives of the old city livery companies, and others officially associated with London’s civic life. —(British Official Wireless.)
