MARRIAGE ON EQUAL TERMS. LONDON, November 2. The well-known novelist, Rebecca West, aged 37, whose real name is Cicely Fairfield, was marrie'd to a London banker, Henry Andrews. The alternative form of marriage service was used, omitting from the bride’s vows the word “obey,” and substituting “Wilt thou love, honour, and keep him?” The bridegroom, instead of promising to en'dow all his worldly (goods, said, “All my worldly goods with thee I share.”
