FIRST DONG FOREIGN VOYAGE SINCE WAR.
(Received Monday, 8.55 p.m.) LONDON, March 9. “The Times” Berlin correspondent states that a German squadron for the first time since the war, is making a long voyage in foreign waters. The Reichstag Budget Committee has voted £ll,OOO for a Mediterranean cruise by four battleships, a cruiser and nineteen torpedo boats.—(“Times' cable.)
