BRITISH RUGBY TEAM.
COMMENT BY “MORNING POST.” ALL-ROUND STRENGTH. LONDON, March 9. The “Morning Post” says: “We are pleasantly surprised at the all-round strength of the Rugby team visiting Australia and New Zealand, though it is a little disappointing that Scotland is so poorly represented. The Colonials would have loved to see the MacPher-son-lan Smith spearhead in action, but in Scotland the authorities are a law to themselves in Rugby football. The only weak point in Baxter’s band of brothers is the selection of the scrum half-backs. ’ ’
