ITINERARY OF MARYLEBONE TEAM. VISIT TO MASTERTON INCLUDED. i CHRISTCHURCH, August 19. Following is the itinerary of the Marylebone Cricket Club’s team’s tour of New Zealand, as agreed upon by the Management Committee of the New Zealand Cricket Council:—December 10, arrive Wellington; December 13-16, v. Wellington, at Wellington; December 20-21, v. Nelson, at Nelson; December 24-26, v. Canterbury, at Christchurch; December 27-28, v. South Canterbury, at Timaru; December 31, January 1-2, v. Otago, at Dunedin; January 4-6, v. Southland, at Invercargill; January 10-13, v. New Zealand, at Christchurch; January 17-18, v. Manawatu, at Palmerston North; January 21-22, v. Rangitikei, at Marton; January 24-27, v. Now Zealand, at Wellington; January 28-29, v. Wanganui, at Wanganui; January 31, February 1, v. Taranaki, at New Plymouth; February 4-5, v. Wajkato, at Hamilton; February 7-10, v. Auckland, at Auckland; February Illi, v. New Zealand, at Auckland; February 19-20, at Rotorua; February 22-24 v. Hawke’s Bay, at Napier; February 26-27, v. Wairarapa, at Masterton; March 1, leave for Panama by R.M.S. Rotorua. In connection with the proposed tour of England by a New Zealand team in 1931, the Auckland, Wellington, Canterbury and Hawke’s Bay Associations have replied in favour of such a tour, provided satisfactory financial arrangements can be made. The Management Committee of the New Zealand Cricket Council has sent a cable message to that effect to Mr. Swan, their representative on the Marylebone Cricket Club. ~(P-A.)
