Three-fourths of the population of Larkana, Sind, in the Bombay Presidency, have left in a panic owing to an outbreak of cholera, which is accounting for many deaths. AU public offices are closed. Packed trains are leaving the town every day. The municipal- , ity has opened a special camp in the district where the victims will be isolated.—(Australian Press Association.) SHANGHAI SUFFERS.
