TO FARMERS. LONG TERM LOANS. The Public Trustee has funds available for loans from the Common Fund on approved securities with repayments of principal over terms of 20, 25, 30 or 36| years. The rate of interest is 6 per cent., plus easy sinking fund instalments. If flat mortgages are preferred loans can be arranged for a term of 5 years at the same rate of interest —6 per cent. No procuration fees are payable on any loans from the Public Trustee.
