RIFLE SHOOTING.

r-AEL_..JA WI3T2 BUSH CUP. KEBBELL CUP TO WESTON. On Saturday a triangular match was fired at Mauriceville between the Tararua, Alfredton and Mauriceville Rifle Clubs. The shooting conditions were good, there being a moderate left wind and bright sunshine. The day proved a very pleasant wind-up of the season. The Bush Cup was won by Tararua, with 728 points, after being held by Alfredton for several years. The winner of the Kebbell Cup, for the highest aggregate in the three matches, was J. B. Petersen, with 283 points. T. A,. Weston, 279 points, was runner-up. Following are the detailed scores:—
