Singles, Kerr defeated Hart,' 16-15; Barlow defeated Kerr, 22-19; Feast defeated Sorensen, 22-19. FEATHERSTON ("The Age’’ Special). Mrs J. Till, Featherston, accompanied by her son, Jack, are spending a holiday at Tnumarunui, where they are the guests of Mr and Mrs: Maurice Lumley. Mrs W. Ball, who has been spending a holiday at Island Bay, Wellington, has now left for Hawera, where she intends spending a few days before returning to Featherston. Mr and Mrs J. Turnbull have returned to their home in Featherston after an enjoyable holiday at Island Bay, Wellington. Mr J. G. McKenzie, Featherston is spending a few days at Eastbourne, Wellington. Mrs Dt. Sharpe and family, Feat hererston, who have been spending a holiday at Seatoun, Wellington, are expected to return to Featherston at the end of the week. Mrs C. Edwards, Featherston, is spending a week in Wellington. She is attending the Trentham races. Tennis. A match has been arranged to be played between, the Greytown and Fettherston Tennis Clubs on Saturday, A team to play at Greytown and the B team to play at Featherston. The following are the players: A team (men): Ward, Candy, Rowles, Allen, Carson and Shepherd. Ladies. Misses R.. Card, E. Viles, G. Vincent, A. Tulloch, E. Barry, J. Cundy. B team: Fenwick, Carlton, Boston, Kenyon. Mrs Kenyon, Misses L. Vincent, G. Till, N. Williams.
