ANOTHER WRIT ISSUED. CLAIM FOR THOUSAND POUNDS. (Received Thursday, 7.5 p.m.) SYDNEY, August 8. A writ has been issued on behalf of Robert Hitchcock, aviation ground engineer, claiming from Capt. Kingsford Smith and Flight-Lieut. Ulm and Keith Anderson, £lOO6 which Hitchcock alleges the airmen agreed to pay him prior to their departure for America, to undertake the trans-Paeific flight.— (Australian Press Association.)
