ORCHESTRAL CONCERT.

NEXT WEEK’S ATTRACTION A concert is to be given by the Masterton Orchestra in the Opera House on Wednesday next. A good programme has been arranged, a feature of which will be a repetition of Mendelssohn’s piano concerto in G minor. The solo* tists for the evening will be Miss E. Ralph, whose performances last year in the local amateur theatrical production won the admiration of all who heard her, and Mr F. G. Bourke, Pahiatua, who was unfortunately unable to participate in the first concert on account of illness. Another prominent item on the programme will be one by the Mesterton West School Choir, which is to take part in the Wellington Competitions.
