ALL BLACKS
EXPECTED TO ARRIVE AT DURBAN TO-DAY. DECISION REGARDING FIRST MATCH TO BE MADE. The New Zealand All Blaek Rugby team is expected to arrive at Durban to-day and to reach Capetown on Saturday. Memlfcrs of the South African Rugby Union will meet the tourists on arrival in Durban, and a decision will be arrived at regarding the playing of the first match, set down for Wednesday of next week. Opportunity will also be taken to arrange a conference between tho tourists and the South African referees. This is to be held in Capetown, the idea being to make the New Zealanders conversant with the South African rulings before they play their first match. The possibility of the visitors not being able to grasp the full intention and significance of some interpretations was mentioned at the annual meeting of the South African Society of Referees, and a suggestion was made that a second conference be held after the All Blacks had played a few matches. The suggestion, however, did not find favour with the meeting.
