TO OVERTHROW THE SOVIET. MOSCOW, April 20. The Political Department of the Soviet Government announces that it has “discovered and broken up the Monarchists group, calling themselves followers of the ex-Grand Duke Nicholas, and mainly engaged in military espionage on behalf of foreign intelligence services, which are also supporting attempts to create an anti-Soviet organisation in Russia. Monarchists directed by Youtepov, ex-general of the White Army, residing in Paris, received funds from foreign sources, but the attempt completely failed. They did not establish relations with any classes of the population. It is expected that furthar investigations will produce fresh evidence of foreign financial machinations.” and N.Z.)
