ME. A. HENDERSON PLEADS FOR LABOUR UNITY. HERESY HUNTING DENOUNCED. (Received Tuesday, 7.30 p.m.) . LONDON, April 18. Mr A. Henderson, speaking at the Labour School at Oxford, vigorously denounced heresy hunting by the Independent Labour Party. Ho said no body had more tolerance shown to it hy national Parliamentary parties and the National Executive than the Independent Labour Party. He declared: ■“We cannot build up a great party if the Left insists on attacking the Right or vice versa, or both attack the Centre."—(A. and N.Z.)
