ALFREDTON SCHOOL.
ANNUAL PICNIC AND SPORTS. The picnic and sports gathering of the Alfredton School was held on the Domain on Wednesday last in ideal weather, and a most enjoyable day was spent by the children and their parents. ■ It must have been most, gratifying to ’ the School Committee and the teacher • (Mrs. Milne) also' the willing helpers, . with the lunch and afternoon tea, to ; see the pleasure the children got out . of their day of days, which is looked forward to throughout Jhe year.
