SOVIET DEALS WITH REBELS. TROTSKY “RELIEVED.” MOSCOW, October 24. A plenary meeting of the Central Committee carried a resolution censuring Trotsky, Zinovieff, Platakoff, Bokolmkoff and others for the violation of party discipline. It was decided to relieve Trdtsky of his duties as a member of the Political Bureau, and Kamenoff as a Deputy, on account of their having carried on factional activities. —(A. and NX).
