NO REFUSAL TO PLAY. (Received Thursday, 11.40 p.m.). LONDON, October 7. The manager of the Maori team says that the team never refused to play the Welsh on account of the new rule. They only hope the Welsh will play under the International Board rules.—(A. and N.Z.).
