GERMAN PROPOSAL. (Received Thursday, 5.5 p.m.). GENEVA, October 7. A resolution emanating from Gefmany to the effect that all state’s prohibit the instruction to airmen in the formation of air squadrons for the purpose of warfare by poison gas and bacteriological infections was adopted by the Mixed Commission studying the economic problems of the limitation of armaments.—(A. and N.Z.).
