ENGLISH MARKET REPORT. (Received Sunday, 5.5 pan.) LONDON, Jan. 2. —The London and C't .'al Markets report that imported supp. es of meat, poultry, butter, eggs and ial bits, excluding Ireland formed 80 per cent, of the total quantity marketed in 1925. New Zealand and Australia contributed 18A per cent to this, otherwise 86,000 tons. The biggest contributor was the Argentine (46 per cent.). Australia and New Zealand lead in mutton and lamb, sending 68,000 tons, equivalent to 53 per cent, of the 794 per cent, representing the proportion of imports to the whole.—(A. and N.Z.)
