TENDERS CLOSE IN DUNEDIN ON THE EIGHTH DAY OF APRIL, 1925. i FOR SALE BY TENDER. •’FENDERS are invited for the purchase of the benefits of a Lease by , way of Tribute Agreement over Claim No. 57, held by the estate of the late HUGH ALEXANDER MoNEILL, from the Kawarau Gold {Mining Coy., Ltd. , The lease is for 7 years from 31st March, 1925, with the right !(if approved by the Company) of renewal for a further 5 years. i The successful tenderer will be required to take over all liability ,of the Administrator of the Estate of the said Hugh Alexander McNeill under a Deed of Agreement as to the erection of a dam at the Kawarau Falls, Wakatipu. This is a great chance for a syndicate to take part in the gigantic gold-mining scheme which is attracting intese interest throughout NewZealand and Australia. The claim is situated in the Kawarau Gorge on a part of the river which has been little worked, and is considered one of the. best. The opportunity of acquiring it is one not to be missed.
