CANDIDATES FOB PRESIDENCY. EFFORTS TO FORM CABINET.
BERLIN, Mar. 18.—Dr. Marx has declined the Prussian Premiership owing to the failure of his efforts to form a Cabinet commanding an absolute majority. The Prussian Diet has now proposed to form a so-called business Cabinet.
The People’s Party has nominated General Ludenderff for the Presidency;— ( 4< Sun. M )
