SOUTH AFRICA WITHDRAWS. SPAIN ENTERS CHALLENGE. (Received 5.5 p.m.) CAPETOWN, March 10.—Tho South African Lawn Tennis Union has decided to cancel South Africa’s entry for the Davis Cup. The leading players, including Raymond,-are not availabfe. —(A. and N.Z.) (Received 8.5 p.m.) NEW YORK, March 10.—Spain has challenged for the Davis Cup. The challenge stipulates American zone play, bringing seven teams into competition in the Western Hemisphere. Spain prefers surfaces of clay and sand. Manuel Alonzo is likely to lead the team, which is expected to include Eduardo Flaquer.—(Reuter.)
