IS HEREBY GIVEN that under the provisions of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1924, and Regulations made thereunder, that it is necessary for drivers of all motor vehicles, including traction engines, to obtain a license to drive same from the Local Authority in whose district the garage of the vehicle is situated. Applications for such licenses should be made immediately at tho County Office, Belvedere street, Carterton, by residents of the Wairarapa South County desiring Driver’s Licenses, which if made before Ist April, 1925, may be issued without driving test, provided the applicant has driven a motor vehicle for which such license is required for THREE MONTHS PRIOR TO DATE of application. The fee for Motor Driver’s License is FIVE SHILLINGS, and the license extends to 31st March, 1926, at which date further application is necessary.
