COMING YEAR’S WORK. LITTLE MONEY TO BE SPENT. (Received Friday, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, Feb. 23.—The “Daily Telegraph’s ’ ’ Parliamentary correspondent says the Government has not yet decided that use will bo made of Singapore as an air station, though the original plans included an aerodrome. It will be at least two years before Singapore is ah air force station, and the amount of money spent on a naval base during the coming year will be comparatively small.—(A. and N.Z.)
